Item Condition: The item must be in its original, new, and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging (e.g., box, plastic wraps), and accessories included.

Returns/Exchanges will NOT be accepted for:
- Items that have been used or damaged due to reasons not related to product defects (e.g., change of mind, wrong size).
- Items with missing or damaged original packaging.
- Items that are past the 7-day return period.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Our team will review your request and respond via email within 24 working hours to inform you if it is approved and provide further instructions (e.g., return address).
Step 3: Return the Item (If Applicable)

Only after you receive our Return Authorization email, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.

Important: We cannot process returns that are sent to us without prior authorization.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchange: If you requested an exchange, we will ship out the replacement item after receiving the faulty product.
3. Shipping Costs
