We currently ship to major islands across the Philippines.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your payment confirmation email.

3. Courier Partners & Fees

  • Our Partners: We partner with leading courier services in the Philippines, like J&T Express and LBC, to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the product's weight/dimensions. You can see the exact cost at checkout after entering your full address.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₱899.

4. Delivery Time
After your order is shipped, it usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive. Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your package's status on the official website of our courier partner (J&T or LBC).
