1. Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship nationwide across Malaysia, including both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is successfully placed and confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship all orders via J&T Express Malaysia, one of the country's leading courier services, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
West Malaysia
1–3 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
5–8 business days
Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional time. Delays may also occur during peak shopping seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to track your shipment through the official J&T Express Malaysia website.
