About Orders

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Please email us at support@dreeporasia.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to assist you with changes or cancellation.


Q: How can I check my order status?

A: You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to check your parcel status on the official J&T Express Malaysia tracking website.


About Shipping

Q: Do you ship to my area?

A: Yes. We ship nationwide across Malaysia, including both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.


Q: How much is the shipping fee?

A: Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout after you enter your full address.


Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Estimated delivery time after shipment:

West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
East Malaysia: 5–8 business days

Please note that remote areas, public holidays, weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons may cause delays.


Q: My parcel tracking status has not updated for a long time. What should I do?

A: Sometimes tracking updates may be delayed. If there is no update for more than 48 hours, please email us your order number and tracking number. We will help check with J&T Express Malaysia.


About Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. You can choose your preferred payment option before completing your order.


Q: Is online payment safe?

A: Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not directly store sensitive payment details such as credit card information.


Q: Why does my order status still show unpaid or pending after payment?

A: Sometimes there may be a short delay in payment confirmation. If your payment was successful, please email us your order number and payment confirmation screenshot. We will check and confirm it for you.


About Products & Support

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

A: We are sorry to hear that. Please do not use the product and contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Email clear photos or a video of the product and packaging to support@dreeporasia.com so we can assist you with a return, exchange, or further support.


Q: Do you provide a product warranty?

A: Yes. Our small appliances come with a 30-day warranty. Please keep your order details as proof of purchase.
